These precious days and weeks are whizzing by and when I post pictures, I realize our family continues to fill them with exceptional activities and treasure little moments. Since we are in the thick of winter with big puffy jackets and layers of hats, scarves and mittens, we have made moments indoors as well as outdoors.
Ice cream treat in mid-winter? Of course! They were treated after a dentist appt.
Silas has been in a gymnastic drop in class every Monday to get our wiggles out. There has been parents that approach me and comment on how agile and strong Silas is. He is pretty amazing on these equipments.
Hot tubbing with daddy is a weekly event.
The exhilaration of flying down the hill on a sled and then crashing head first, makes these winter days worthwhile!

We had the privilege to have Oma and Opa come for a visit. Jonas loved having someone else help him with his homework beside his dad or mom.

The month of February becomes a little bit closer to spring. When the sun is out, sometimes there is no need for jackets. Perfect time to make snowballs for a good battle!
