Jonas, my gentle warrior! I'm convinced that Jonas has more determination than a dozen kids combined. No matter what task is set before him, he'll not only complete it but he will redefine it. I'm amazed at his talents already. Whether it's brushing his teeth the way he thinks they should be brushed, to kicking a soccer ball, to smacking the baseball over the fence, to jumping in the deep end of the pool even if we are not there(fearless), to jumping for hours on the new trampoline until he made a full 360 spin, to finishing a 25 piece puzzle on his own, to mastering potty training in a week.
I am so proud of you, Jonas! Even though you are all "boy", you have a full heart of tenderness. Yesterday, you fell off a chair face first, got a bloody nose and all you could say was "kiss my nose, mommy, kiss!" I can't wait to see how God uses you in years to come. Until then, enjoy every moment!
